Dems Complicit with GOP in Gerrymandering to Protect Their Own



Politicians Whose Only Concern is to Benefit Themselves

The Democratic party likes to portray themselves as folks who have the benefit of the country as their top issue, and they rail against the Republicans who use gerrymandering to protect incumbents and create safe Republican districts. But of course Dems are just as interested in protecting incumbents as Republican. Here from the WaPo is an egregious example.

It seems the new districts in North Carolina left out the second home of a Democratic state legislator. So they redrew the boundaries to get his house in. Here's what it looks like.
